CANCELLATION POLICY

To secure your appointment, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

We kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the $100 deposit.

No-shows will automatically forfeit the deposit.

The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward your service total when you attend your appointment.

Appointments cancelled more than 72 hours in advance may have their deposit transferred to a future booking (subject to availability and salon discretion).

This policy allows us to manage our schedule fairly and respect the time of our stylist and other clients. Thank you for your understanding and support.
